Custom Enhancements
Each massage includes access to a variety of premium enhancements designed to elevate your experience—at no extra cost. These may include hot stones, Himalayan salt stones, hot towels, aromatherapy, fascia scraping (gua sha), cupping, and more. Enhancements are selected based on your needs and preferences, and can be adjusted each session to support your goals.

A licensed massage therapist with a passion for helping people feel better, move better, and live with less pain.
I studied at Pensacola School of Massage Therapy in Florida and have a background in anatomy, physiology, personal training, and corrective exercise. Over the years, I’ve worked in day spas, resort spas, and physical therapy clinics, giving me a broad and balanced perspective on both relaxation and therapeutic care.
